Gold Snowflakes

Good Friday morning to you all.  I would just like to share this Christmas card I made.  I'm using Whisper White cardstock, gold embossing powder, the scalloped square die and the Frosted Snowflake die all from Stampin' Up.  To dry emboss the card I used the Snowflake embossing folder from Cuttlebug.  I cut the center square out using a square die from Spellbinders.  I then gold embossed the snowflakes and added gold stickles around the edges and adhered the scalloped square.  I then added the center snowflake in which I also gold embossed and adhered it with dimensonials.  Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!  Jonelle :)

Cross of Sympathy

Hi everyone.  Just want to share a sympathy card I made.  I'm using Whisper White and Bashful Blue cardstock,  and the cross is an image from Stampin' Up.  The embossing folder is from Cuttlebug called Rebecca.  The leaves are from Sizzix and the flowers, I'm using a Marvy Uchida punch.  The oval is a Spellbinders die.  I white embossed the cross and added rhinestones to the center of the flowers.  Thanks for stopping by and have a relaxing evening.  Jonelle :)

NOEL

Hi everyone, sorry it's been awhile since I last posted, but I have been very busy with some crafty projects on the go.  Just wanted to share with you a Christmas card.  I used Cherry Cobbler paper and the letters are using the Naturally Serif alphabet from Stampin' Up.  The embossing folder I used here is from Cuttlebug, it's called Rebecca.  Yup, that's pretty much it, pretty simple! Ahhh sometimes it's just nice to do a clean and simple card.  Well, thanks for stopping by, have a great evening.  Jonelle  :)

40th Anniversary

Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I posted.  We've been busy with harvest, but that is all wrapped up now and it's time to get back to the creative side of life.  Friends of ours celebrated their 40th anniversary and this is the card I made for them.  The cardstock is from Stampin' Up and also the sentiment.  I used a Cuttlebug embossing frame folder and embossed a border around the edge of the card.  The image is from Shabby Beautiful Scrapbooking's blog.  She gives free collage sheets, all you have to do is subscribe to her blog.  Check out her blog, she will have full details on how to receive these sheets  I also added some glitter here and there on the roses to finish the card.  Thanks for stopping by and have a crafty day.  Jonelle  :)

Celebrating 50!

Good Monday morning!  My brother-in-law just celebrated his young age of 50, here's the card I made for him.  The card base is Basic Black and I sponged all the edges with Soft Suede ink from Stampin' Up.  The designer paper is from Graphic 45.  I used Labels 18 from Spellbinders and added a sentiment from Close to My Heart.  The little gears I found at Home Depot (not sure what the name of these critters are) and the larger one I got at a bolt supply store.  I painted them with gold and then dabbed them with gold stickles.  The numbers are stickers I picked up at Wal-Mart.  Hope you like my card and enjoy your day!  Jonelle  :)

Thinking Of You

Good Tuesday morning!  I'm sharing a card that I made for a good friend of mine. it was her birthday recently and this is the card I came up with.   The card base is Bravo Burgundy.  The next layer is done using the Belleek Technique.  I used Naturals Ivory and River Rock ink, the embossing folder is from Cuttlebug.  All I do for this is, ink up the flat side of the embossing folder, insert the card stock and run it through my big shot---it's just that easy!  I sponged all my edges with Vintage Photo distress ink from Tim Holtz.  I added a Fancy Tags ll, and an oval from Spellbinders.  The small oval is a punch, and sentiment are from Stampin' Up.  Just to add a little bling, I added  rhinestones and some Vintage Photo stickles.  Hope you like my card and have a crafty day!  Jonelle  :)
